Simon was amazing, arrived early, was thorough, friendly, explained everything in easy to understand language and made me confident I’d made the right choice! The results are amazing, airflow is better and I’m excited to breathe clean air after duct cleaning. In fact I’m so happy with the service I’m going to get a filter upgrade and recommend them (and Simon) to everyone I know. Justin Lamer with OR Healthy Homes replaced our AC and furnace and I’d recommend him to anyone. What set him apart was that he actually understood our situation before recommending anything. He didn’t push the biggest System or the most expensive option. He looked at what we needed as a household and made his recommendation around that. You can tell he knows HVAC inside and out, but The part I valued most was the judgment behind the advice. It was honest and clearly focused on what was right for us, not on the sale. First time using Oregon Healthy Homes. Simen and Brian were awesome. They were on time, they were friendly, explained the process and did a great job.
