I had a conventional heat pump system but ductwork needed replacing and the heat pump was leaking. Jason came out to the house to evaluate the system. He suggested I go with a ductless system and so glad I did. My PGE bill is now half and the system works great. I got it right before the heat wave this summer and it kept the house so cool. I had Oregon Healthy Homes clean my ducts and dryer vent for the first time and what a difference that made!  We routinely had to re-dry our clothes for an additional 20-30 minutes and now they dry all the way with one cycle! We also notice a lot less allergy symptoms because of the clean indoor air we’re breathing. The two technicians (Jeremiah & Kevin) were on time, professional & polite and did a great job! They also made sure to thoroughly clean the spaces where they worked and all the floor vents and returns looked shiny and clean! They checked the furnace and AC outdoor unit as well & even pulled a vine out of that outdoor unit that they said was starting to wind its way through the system! Simon was amazing, arrived early, was thorough, friendly, explained everything in easy to understand language and made me confident I’d made the right choice! The results are amazing, airflow is better and I’m excited to breathe clean air after duct cleaning. In fact I’m so happy with the service I’m going to get a filter upgrade and recommend them (and Simon) to everyone I know. Justin Lamer with OR Healthy Homes replaced our AC and furnace and I’d recommend him to anyone. What set him apart was that he actually understood our situation before recommending anything. He didn’t push the biggest System or the most expensive option. He looked at what we needed as a household and made his recommendation around that. You can tell he knows HVAC inside and out, but The part I valued most was the judgment behind the advice. It was honest and clearly focused on what was right for us, not on the sale.
