During the summer, we discovered we had a gas leak, so our furnace was turned off. Not such a big deal until the weather plummeted, and my house was FREEZING. I felt confident my handy husband could fix the issue, but after some investigating he said we should definitely call a professional because if the leak was worse than we knew, we'd be in trouble. I reached out to Oregon Healthy Homes, and they sent Kevin out right away. He more than tolerated my barking dogs, was so nice and friendly, and was ultimately able to get my heat back on! As a newish home owner, I didn't know what to expect, but I felt like the pricing was super reasonable, and I have so much peace of mind knowing the gas leak is fixed for good. Wasn't sure what was wrong, just knew something was off. TrustedHearth Air Duct Services ran through it, showed me the actual problem, and quoted a flat price for the fireplace cleaning. We have hired Oregon Healthy Homes two separate times, once in our previous home and now in our current home. They are an exceptional company. We highly recommend them. Our current project is very large - mold remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, and HVAC/ERV/filtration work. Throughout the entire process, Jacob has kept me updated on progress, and they have done excellent work.  They are honest, professional, and kind. We had a problem where a HVAC unit wasnt working properly it wasnt blowing cold or hot, and when we called Oregon healthy homes they were able to give us a diagnostic and tell us what the problmem was and within a couple days they were able to go back out and fix the issue. I had a conventional heat pump system but ductwork needed replacing and the heat pump was leaking. Jason came out to the house to evaluate the system. He suggested I go with a ductless system and so glad I did. My PGE bill is now half and the system works great. I got it right before the heat wave this summer and it kept the house so cool.
Jason and the crew did great work and were very neat and cleaned up like no one had been there. The install went very well and I highly recommend them.

I had Oregon Healthy Homes clean my ducts and dryer vent for the first time and what a difference that made!  We routinely had to re-dry our clothes for an additional 20-30 minutes and now they dry all the way with one cycle! We also notice a lot less allergy symptoms because of the clean indoor air we’re breathing. The two technicians (Jeremiah & Kevin) were on time, professional & polite and did a great job! They also made sure to thoroughly clean the spaces where they worked and all the floor vents and returns looked shiny and clean! They checked the furnace and AC outdoor unit as well & even pulled a vine out of that outdoor unit that they said was starting to wind its way through the system! I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!!
